Facilities The buildings listed below are hyperlinked to a page showing the building exterior and a list of rooms that are available for use. Keep in mind, academic classes have priority for all classrooms. In addition to room capacity, the links below list room features, a picture of the room and who to contact to schedule the room (either Surbeck Scheduling or the individual departments). These pages are still under construction so all room information is not yet available. Written permission from the Vice President of Academic Affairs (or designee) is needed at least 48 hours in advance for use of the Old Gym during weekday work hours (typically Monday – Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.). Some activities that may be damaging to the gymnasium floor may require special set-ups and at least 2 weeks notice is needed to make such arrangements. |
